About

Colleen is an artist, writer and tattooist. She seeks to explore concepts of identity, shifting aspects of humanity and notions of bodily autonomy within her creative practice.

She holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Drawing and Creative Research from the University of Calgary. She has had her performative practice showcased through both the University of London, Goldsmiths and the Marina Abramovic Institute.

She is the recipient of numerous awards for her art and writing, including the Queen Elizabeth II Humanities grant. Her work has been exhibited in galleries throughout North America, Europe, the United Kingdom and can be found in private collections throughout Europe and Canada.

Colleen currently creates and resides in the beautiful river city of Saskatoon, Canada.
